1. Agreement and Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether an individual or a legal entity and PT. Jaya Mandiri Energi. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the idindustri.com website and all related digital platforms. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree 1 to these Terms, please do not use the Site and discontinue use immediately.
Any additional terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby incorporated by reference. User License

Apple and Android Device
By accessing Marketplace Offers through a mobile application obtained from the Apple Store or Google Play, you agree to the following terms: Your use of this mobile application is subject to a limited license and the terms of service set forth by the application provider (Apple or Google). We are responsible for the maintenance and support of the application, while the application provider has no such obligation. In the event of any problems with the application, you may file a refund claim with the application provider in accordance with their policies. You also represent that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including agreements with wireless data providers if you use VoIP services. In addition, you acknowledge that the application provider has the right to enforce the terms of this application license.

21. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. PT. Mandiri Jasa Energi and you hereby irrevocably agree that the courts of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.
22. Dispute Resolution
a. Informal Negotiation
To expedite resolution and control the costs of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each, a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by you or us (individually, a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly identified below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiation shall commence with written notice from one Party to the other Party.
b. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the auspices of the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) in accordance with the ICAC Rules, which are hereby deemed to be incorporated into this clause. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of 3 (three) arbitrators. The seat, or legal domicile, of the arbitration shall be Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. The language to be used in the proceedings shall be Indonesian. The substantive law governing the contract shall be the laws of Indonesia.
c. Limitation
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to Disputes between the Parties individually. To the extent permitted by applicable law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) no right or authority exists for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) no right or authority exists for any Dispute to be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
d. Exceptions to Informal Negotiation and Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following disputes shall not be subject to the foregoing provisions regarding informal negotiation and binding arbitration: (a) any Dispute seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any intellectual property rights of any Party; (b) any Dispute relating to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court.
23. Corrections
