In line with the Indonesia 4.0 Digitalization and Sustainability Roadmap, the heavy industry sector is now shifting from reactive maintenance to predictive maintenance. In the context of fluid management, the integration of digital technology into filtration devices is not only about efficiency but also about maintaining ecosystem balance and long-term business sustainability.

Transforming Filtration Systems into Smart Assets

Conventional filtration units such as Twin Pod and Filter Press listed in the 2026 catalog can now be enhanced through the installation of IoT (Internet of Things) sensors. These sensors monitor crucial parameters in real-time, including:

  • Differential Pressure Monitoring: Provides automatic notifications when the filter reaches saturation threshold before performance degradation occurs.

  • Flow Rate Analytics: Ensures optimal fluid flow rate at a capacity of $2 \times 2601$ Liters without wasting excess energy.

  • Temperature Tracking: Monitors operational temperature to remain below the design threshold of $70^{\circ}C$ to prevent material degradation.

Energy Efficiency through Diesel Pump Optimization

Sustainability is also measured by fuel consumption. The use of Godwin Pump supported by a Perkins 4-cylinder engine can be optimized through emission monitoring and combustion efficiency systems. With digital data, operators can adjust engine RPM to match casing pressure requirements (maximum 113 Psi), thereby significantly reducing the operational carbon footprint.

Digital Logbook and Green Regulation Compliance

Digitalization of inspection documents, such as DS1 Cat 4 reports on drill pipes and DNV 2.7-1 certifications, allows companies to have a transparent audit trail. This aligns with government regulations regarding industry transparency and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.

By minimizing leaks through digitally monitored filtration systems, companies directly contribute to the reduction of hazardous industrial waste for the offshore environment.
