In drilling operations and liquid waste management, the efficiency of the filtration process is a decisive factor in maintaining fluid quality and protecting downstream equipment from contamination. The use of appropriate technology not only speeds up work time but also contributes to Heavy Equipment TCO Analysis by reducing long-term maintenance costs.

Twin Pod Technology: High-Pressure Continuous Filtration

The Twin Pod system is designed for filtration needs requiring uninterrupted continuous flow. Based on technical specifications from manufacturers such as Parker Hannifin and Twin Filter, this unit offers significant operational advantages:

  • Volume Capacity: The Twin Pod unit is capable of handling large fluid volumes, with a capacity reaching $2 \times 2601$ Liters.

  • Pressure Resistance: Designed to operate at a Design Pressure of up to 12 Bar (174 Psi) and has passed a Test Pressure of 18 Bar (261 Psi).

  • Operational Temperature: The unit remains stable when operating at a design temperature of up to $70^{\circ}C$.

Filter Press: Maximizing Solids (Sludge) Separation

For waste or fluids with high solids content, the Filter Press (Model FP) is the most effective solution. This equipment offers space efficiency and very clear filtration results:

  • Large Filtration Surface: With a filtration surface reaching 1200 sq ft, this unit is capable of quickly filtering large-scale material.

  • Structural Integrity: Despite having a Tare Mass of 7300 Kg, this unit still meets high safety standards with a Proof Load of up to 18,250 Kg.

Field Implementation and Maintenance

The reliability of filtration systems is highly dependent on routine inspections. All filtration units in the 2026 catalog have passed Type Test, visual inspection, and NDT to ensure operational safety until February 2026. The use of certified filters ensures that your Offshore Fluid Management operates in accordance with environmental and technical compliance standards.
